Proposal Writing Workshops

The first call for the Africa Microscopy Initiative (AMI) Imaging Centre Visiting Researcher Program is open. To help applicants make the most of this opportunity, ABIC is partnering with AMI and the Advanced Imaging Centre at HHMI Janelia to host two online application writing workshops. 

These workshops aim to provide insight into writing strong microscopy-based project proposals.

The workshop program will include:

• A brief overview of the AMI Imaging Centre Visiting Research Program & call for applications

• What reviewers will be looking for in each section of the application and proposal

• Discussion of some application case studies

• Q&A session

Workshops will be hosted at:

• 13 April 2023 from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. (UTC+2)

• 25 April 2023 from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. (UTC+2)
